Far too many churches settle for song leaders instead of training people to be excellent worship leaders. Failing to equip current worship team members and disciple future leaders in worship could cripple the strongest ministry. YWT intentionally targets both your current team and the team that will follow to ensure a future full of well-trained, passionate worshippers of Jesus in your youth group or your church. Start training today!
I know what it’s like to dream about a worship set all week, only to walk away feeling let down. I know how it feels to struggle to lead others because I can’t remember what chord to play next!
Spiritual mentors made all the difference in my life. They cared enough to help. Every student needs mentorship, but students leading worship need all the help that we can give them. Every week, they step into a spotlight that they are supposed to redirect toward Christ. That is hard to do. That is why I developed this free resource to help students navigate this key leadership role and become skilled and passionate about worship.
The training is free, but that doesn’t mean that there is no cost involved. In addition to putting in the work to become lead worshippers, I have invested thousands of dollars and countless hours into creating this site. Now, it is part of the Infusion Ministry network. Infusion exists to awaken believers to their identity in Christ and to establish them in freedom in the body of Christ. As the Director of Worship and Communications, it is vital that I raise a generation of strong lead worshippers that know who they are in Christ.
I would be honored if you would support this website and my ministry by donating to me through Infusion Ministries. It is a 501-c3 non-profit, and has been around for over 20 years.
Thank you in advance for your support!

Anyone interested in leading worship or being on a worship team will benefit from the training in YWT. Don't let the word "Youth" scare you away! All that means is that much of the training is broken up into bite-sized short videos to keep students engaged. Nothing is watered down, and adults can benefit from the videos as well!
